Artist Les Conroy created the portrait inspired on BBC drama The Tudors's Anne of Cleves played by Joss Stone and beat 5,000 entrants to be crowned the NAO 2010 (New Art Originals Best Artist) in London.
Director Graham Jules launched NAO to support British artists and provide a platform for their work.
Copies will be available on request, either full size 60x50cm on canvas or A3 size 29.7x42cm on photographic paper.
